Care Assistant and Senior Carers
You will be responsible in both roles for ensuring our residents receive an exceptional level of care (physically, emotionally and socially) which in turn enables them to live a fulfilled and enriched life.
As a Care Assistant, you will become part of the care home family. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for care (first and foremost) and those who are keen to be the best in the sector. We welcome all levels of experience as we operate a comprehensive induction and training programme.
Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships are a way of developing new staff and providing new skills for existing staff by studying and learning through work.
We encourage our carers to take on the opportunity to increase their skills, confidence and knowledge through Adult Care Worker (Level 2 and Level 3) apprenticeship programmes.
Apprenticeships must:

run for minimum of of 12 months
-
provide the opportunity to learn whilst at work and time to learn away from work

be independently assessed at the end
