Quality Care by Professionals you can Trust
Types of Care
Hyne Town House is a residential care home in Devon for elderly people. We also cater for residents that have a diagnosis of dementia or individuals that require similar support needs.
Most of our residents are permanent but we also offer short-term care for those needing some respite or day care. Respite care is an excellent way of seeing what is on offer before making a decision to come to the home permanently.
We welcome both residents who are self funding and those receiving financial support.
We also have 3 assisted living apartments, each has a registration for 2 occupants. The level of support in the apartments are flexible and dependent on our needs.

Home Away from Home
At Hyne Town House we don't accept that losing some of your ability to look after yourself also means losing your individuality, privacy, dignity and love for life.
Our residents come from varying backgrounds for a variety of reasons. What ever the reasons, we will ensure that we develop a care programme to suit your personal needs and interests.
Family, friends and other visitors are always welcome at Hyne Town House.
Staff are friendly and fully trained and most have been working at the home for many years and live locally.
Our Facilities
Hyne Town House offers 36 bedrooms, all of which have en-suite facilities.
The rooms are large, bright and individually decorated and furnished to a high standard with television, telephone line, nurse call and central heating.
The majority of the ground floor rooms have patio door access to the garden and enjoy wonderful sea views.
The bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors are all served by a passenger lift and some enjoy magnificent sea and country views.
Residents are encouraged to bring some of their own personal effects, if they wish, to make their room even more of a home from home.
